Much2Do software

The program for PocketPC is very easy to use. In the top of the screen you can select one out of four lists containing tasks. The list shows all tasks from one of the four lists (in the example the second and third list contact business tasks, the fourth contains personal tasks).

In the toolbar below the list a series of buttons is displayed with which the list can be edited. Among others these buttons are shown:

• New: a new item can be added to the list by typing text in the textbox that appears
• Edit: the text of an item can be changed in the textbox that appears
• Move: moves an item (Cut, click on another node to Paste)
• Last: this is a toggle button (on/off) with which you can choose how to insert new items (as the first or last subitem)
• Up: moves an item one position up
• Down: moves an item one position down
• Done: click when a task is completed
• Undo: click to undo the last action (one step back)
• About: shows the Much2Do website address and the email address of 3Design (the former company name of NatriSoft)

The latest version contains more buttons, this picture shows a previous version. All these functions are available in the context menu. Press and hold on an item to show the context menu and choose a function.

The context menu also holds a function with which you can select an icon for each item. You can choose one out of 32 different icons. You do not need to select an icon for each new item, new items will show the icon of the parent item by default.

The list can show both black and white icons and coloured icons. Icons with coloured icons are planned for a specific day in the Much2Plan software. See the Much2Plan page.
